Hello
My name is Amelia and I have always loved cooking and preparing delicious food for people. I was introduced to decorating cakes in a grocery store while in college. I became hooked on elevating my skills until I realized I just wanted to make the best tasting cakes. I began dibbling and dabbling in different flavors and now I am ready to share my cakes with you.
About Me
Baking hasn’t always been my strength—I actually started with cooking at a young age, which felt natural and easy. But baking is different; it needs more precision. We can’t always measure ingredients “by heart” because some recipes rely on just the right amount of eggs, sugar, and other essentials. Though I began with box cakes, I quickly realized I wanted to create something unique that you can’t find everywhere. I believe that food tastes best when made with enjoyment and love, and that same philosophy carries over to my baking. I make everything with love.

For a while, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to turn my passion for baking into a business. Making cakes has always been a source of joy and relaxation, and I worried that turning it into work might add stress. There was a brief period when I stepped away from baking, but my heart led me back.

My values are honesty and transparency, which help my customers make informed decisions. Quality matters to me because I want to stand behind everything I make. My goal is to deliver the best desserts and to offer a unique experience. Someday, I hope Dabblin Sweets will grow into a standalone bakery, where I’ll share even more delicious treats with the community.

Customer service has always been at the heart of what I do. Great service isn’t a lost art, but it can be hard to find these days. I’m dedicated to providing the best experience possible, balancing everyone’s needs with honesty and care. I typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours and am upfront about what I can or can’t provide. If I can’t meet a request, I’ll gladly point you toward someone who can.

My philosophy is to do everything with love, as I believe people can feel my emotions through my work and interactions.
