1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. We cannot restock or resell items once they have left our care, ensuring every product meets our quality standards.

2. Order Modifications
Standard Orders: If you need to modify a standard order, please contact us at least 5 days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they are subject to approval based on availability.
Custom Orders: For custom cakes, changes must be requested within 72 hours of placing the order. Modifications may affect the final cost.

3. Cancellations
Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
Custom Orders: Custom cake orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placing the order for a refund.

  • For orders canceled outside these windows, refunds may not be available, as preparations may have already begun.

4. Refunds  
Refunds are only provided under the following circumstances:
Order Cancellations: If canceled within the permitted timeframes as outlined above.
Product Quality Concerns: If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We may ask for a photo of the product and a description of the issue to address your concerns appropriately.

5. Delivery Issues 
Once an order is picked up or delivered, Dabblin Sweets is not liable for issues arising from improper handling, storage, or delays caused by factors outside our control. We recommend refrigerating cakes until serving for optimal freshness.

1. General Information

2. Orders and Payment
Order Policy: Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability, as all products are made from scratch. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
Payment Methods: We currently accept major credit and debit card payments only.
Custom Orders: Custom cakes and bulk orders require additional lead time and are subject to additional charges. Cancellations for custom cakes must be made within 72 hours of placing the order. Please contact us directly to discuss options and availability.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Cancellations: We understand plans can change. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations for custom cakes must be made within 72 hours of placing the order.
Refunds: Refunds are only offered for orders canceled within the designated timeframe or in the event of an error on our part. Refunds are not available for custom or bulk orders.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of pickup.

4. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup: We offer pickup from Atlanta Shared Kitchen in Peachtree Corners. Orders are available for pickup on Thursdays and Fridays from 7 pm to 9 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 5 pm. A one-hour window is allowed for pickup. Customers needing exceptions to these hours should contact us in advance.
Delivery: Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Atlanta Shared Kitchen for a $25 delivery fee. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the designated time.
Delivery Conditions: We are not liable for products once delivered or picked up. For optimal quality, follow our storage instructions.

5. Allergies and Ingredients
All products are made in a kitchen that processes allergens, including nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free. Ingredient lists are available upon request, but customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
